- Do you offer personalization?
Yes, absolutely! All our products can be personalized with details like names, captions, dates, or other information depending on the product.
Once you select a product, you’ll find a text field or customization form on the product page. Simply enter the required details and double-check the spelling before placing your order.
Please note: We offer personalization of text and names, but not full design customization such as changing the artwork style, layout, or pebble colors. Each design is thoughtfully crafted to look visually balanced and work best with the concept.
- How long does it take to ship an order?
Batoony's unique and personalized hand-crafted pebble art require time for customization and creation.
Our Standard Free Delivery is between 15-18 business days (Mon-Fri).
Express delivery option is available during checkout at additional cost and it takes between 7-9 days business days (Mon-Fri) for delivery.
Please account for Festival and National Holidays that may result in slight delay from our shipping partners. We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders above 3.5k. Please refer to ourRefund Policy HERE.
- How to Track Your Order?

Tracking status appear only once the order is dispatched, and you will also receive an email update for the same as well.
If there’s no update yet on the above link about your order, you may check the same link again in a few days, as currently the team is actively hand-crafting your order with lots of love and care. Please note: Orders are processed based on delivery timeline selected while placing the order.
- How do I maintain my pebble art name plate?
To keep your personalized gift in good condition, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the artwork.
- Is there any additional charge for the lights in the frame and what if the lights are not working when a product is delivered? Also, do all products on the Batoony website have lights?
Most of our products are offered with complimentary lights, with an exception of certain round wood products and Jharoka, since there is no provision to add lights in them.
We check all lights before shipping every product as part of our quality check, however in case any lights are non-functional, it is highly likely that it has been damaged due to rough handling by our shipping partners. In such a case, we are unable to offer any replacements or refunds.
- Are the lights on the name plates battery operated or do you need any plug points?
Yes, the lights on our pebble art frames are battery operated, providing a convenient and hassle-free way to illuminate the artwork. They do not require any plug points. For longer battery life, use lights only for occasions and not every day purpose.
- Is there glass on the frames?
Our frames do not have glass covering due to the nature of pebbles and different size and shapes.
- Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Since all our products are personalized and handcrafted especially for you, we’re unable to accept order cancellations once the order has been placed.

What if I received order is damanged?
In the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, we will provide either a solution to address the issue if the damage is minor in nature or offer replacement as applicable.
Please take a video (mandatory) of the unpacking / unboxing of the package to facilitate any claims.
Due to the personalized & bespoke nature of the product, order once placed cannot be cancelled. This product is non-returnable.
Any such request needs to be raised within 3 days receiving the delivery. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
