Refund policy
In the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, we will provide either a solution to address the issue if the damage is minor in nature or offer replacement as applicable.
Please take a video (mandatory) of the unpacking / unboxing of the package to facilitate any claims.
Due to the personalized & bespoke nature of the product, order once placed cannot be cancelled. This product is non-returnable.
Any such request needs to be raised within 3 days receiving the delivery. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a video (mandatory) of the unpacking / unboxing of the package to facilitate any claims. Also, please do not discard the packing material as it will be helpful in re-packing the product for replacement purposes.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacements for damaged product due to transit issues or any other if claims are not made within 3 days of the package being delivered.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on products once purchased and delivered.
Refunds
Products once bought and delivered are not eligible for refunds. In event of damages in transit, please refer to the above section on damages.
