Maintenance and care of Batoony products is like any other showpiece or home decor product. Gentle cleaning with soft cloth will ensure long life of the artwork.
PLEASE NOTE: Our frames do NOT have glass covering due to the nature of pebbles and different size and shapes.
Batoony products are not suitable to be hung on the door.

Do you offer personalization?
Yes, we do! All our products are completely personalized. Once you've selected a product for personalization, you will find a text field or customization form on the product page. Enter the requested information, such as names in the provided field. Double-check the details for accuracy before placing your order.
How long does it take to ship an order?
Our personalized handmade gifts require time for customization and creation. Depending on the location and complexity of the prodcut, we typically deliver in 12-15 business days as part of our Free Shipping Offer. We do take express delivery orders which typically delivers in 6-8 days and you can reach out on the given whatsapp number for more clarity incase you would like to opt for express delivery.
How do I maintain my pebble art name plate?
To keep your personalized gift in good condition, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the artwork.
Are lights included and what if it doesn't work when product is delivered?
Most of our products are offered with complimentary lights, with an exception of round frames, Jharoka frames and few other select frames since there is no provision to add lights in them.
The lights on our pebble art frames are battery operated, providing a convenient and hassle-free way to illuminate the artwork. They do not require any plug points. We recommend to use lights only for occasions and not every day purpose.

Can I choose a specific order for the pebbles, like having the husband first and the wife next?
No.
These are 'natural' pebbles. We arrange them by vibe, balance, and beauty - by what looks visually the most appealing and not by age or title.
Because in art, as in love, it’s about what feels just right.
